Building A Kit

How difficult is it?

Our aim from the very start was to try and take the Kit Car industry to a new level of quality and customer satisfaction by truly making a ‘simple kit’ to build.  In order to achieve this, we recommend our kit be purchased in 5 manageable stages for ease of assembly. We are also in the process of writing a comprehensive build manual (available soon) as well as filming the complete build of a kit which will form the basis of many hours of our Mirage GT Build Video Series. Customers of all abilities, will then be able to refer to the build manual and videos to assist them on their build journey.

We can supply these parts if required and offer various levels of remanufacturing to ensure all three components are rebuilt to as new specification like with all our production cars.

Delivery/lead times

We estimate the delivery time for individual kit stages to be between 1-2 months. We are currently working with various manufacturers and suppliers to ensure these lead times are as quick as possible.

How long will it take to build?

We are currently filming the entire build process from start to finish of another car. Once complete, this will give us a realistic timeline for completing each stage. From this, you will then be able to estimate your own build time, based on how much time you can dedicate to your build.
